UPDATE: Friday 2/17

  • Pre-registration is closed for this race. We've received about 50 entries each in both the M35+ 4/5 and Men's Cat 4 race, and the other events have plenty of room. Arrive early to be assured a spot in the 35+ 4/5 event.

  • There's now a KOM at the top of Bonita Street, generously sponsored by Hill & Company. Details of how to earn KOM points and prizes will be provided on race day.

  • MotionBased in Sausalito, a division of Garmin, has generously donated two compact Garmin GPS units, plus a full-year subscription to the MotionBased online activity-tracking service. This makes a GREAT training tool, as CRCers can attest - several of us use this to track rides and races. These will be given out as first place prizes in the Men's Cat 4 and M35+ 4/5 races.

  • Bringing the family? Bring a bike for the fun kid's events at 10:40 along Caledonia.

  • T-shirts featuring the logo above will be sold at the event for $20, and everyone who places in a race will get one too.

  • Did we mention that net proceeds from the event and T-shirt sales will benefit some charities selected by Sausalito? See the Sausalito page for details.

  • What if it's showering? Races run rain or shine. Tony Tom remembers the one year it rained for this race being  completely crash-free...

Some people have asked, is the descent on Bonita steep? You be the judge. Skiiers will like this course but then again, look who took a preview lap...
